Looking for a Site Manager to join a newly formed Main contractor based in Eastleigh on a permanent basis, delivering Residential, Commercial and Public sector projects
We are looking for a hands on Site Manager with experience in a similar role.
- You will based on site and responsible for procurement of subcontract and material packages
- Undertake project sequencing and programming works
- Oversee HSEQ
- Be responsible for Site mobilisation and demobilisation
- You will work alongside an established Quantity Surveyor and Project Administrator
You will need:
- SMSTS
- Ability to self-manage diary
- UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
