Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Site Manager. The work will be on Water Treatment works as a part of the upcoming AMP8 frameworks. The contract longevity is expected to be a 6 - 12 month contract term.
Job Description:
- As a site manager you will be responsible for looking after the teams on a construction site, as well as liasing with the clients.
- Monitoring costs and budget, and ordering materials for the project.
Manage site dimensional control to provide contractors with the resources needed for proper work setup.
Produce and review construction methods statements to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Foster a safe and productive work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS ticket Essential
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent desirable
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the Water Industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented project management approach.
