Site Manager needed for social housing refurbishment project in Todmorden / Halifax. This will involve the removal and installation of Kitchens & Bathrooms in social housing.
Duties will include ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to on Sites, monitoring and signing off Subcontractor work and progress reporting.
Necessary experience:
- Experience on housing refurbishment or Kitchen Installations
- SMSTS, CSCS
- 5 Years management experience
