You'll have:

• Extensive experience as a Site Manager on CAT B office refurbishment projects, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering projects within a similar budget range.
• Have Procore experience
• A strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations, particularly relevant to office fit-outs.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills, particularly when working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and aesthetics.
