experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial site in
Newcastle.
The Role:
As a Site-Based Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing,
and repairing a range of air conditioning systems at our large commercial site in Newcastle. You
will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and functionality of the site's HVAC systems,
responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
● Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (splits,
VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.)
● Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems are operating efficiently
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
● Maintain accurate records of work carried out
● Provide exceptional service to the client, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations
● Liaise with the Facilities Management team to schedule maintenance activities
Qualifications and Experience:
● NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)
● F-Gas certification (essential)
● Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial setting
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Full UK driving license (essential)
