Position Title: Social Worker - Adults Safeguarding Team

Salary Range: £35ph

The requirement is 2 days working from the office and completing visits across Lincolnshire as required.
Key Responsibilities:
... Risk Assessment and Intervention:
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults at risk to identify potential abuse or neglect.
- Develop and implement safeguarding plans to protect vulnerable adults.
- Provide timely interventions and support to at-risk adults and their families or carers.
Case Management:
- Manage a diverse caseload of safeguarding cases, ensuring all actions are documented and compliant with statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to monitor the safety and well-being of at-risk adults.
- Work with individuals to develop and implement care plans that promote their safety and well-being.
Multi-Agency Collaboration:
- Collaborate with a range of professionals, including healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organisations.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings, case conferences, and strategy discussions to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of vulnerable adults within the safeguarding system.
Legal and Policy Compliance:
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for legal proceedings and safeguarding reviews.
- Attend and give evidence in court or safeguarding panels as required.
- Ensure that all legal processes are followed and that the best interests of the adult are represented.
Support and Advocacy:
- Provide emotional and practical support to adults experiencing abuse or neglect.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources and services.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on best practices, legislation, and policies related to adult safeguarding.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safeguarding services within the organisation.
Minimum Requirements:
-SWE Registration
-2 year post qualifying experience within UK
-Eligibility to work in the UK
