• Maintain accurate records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant legislation and policies.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Social Worker with a strong commitment to supporting families during this crucial period.

You will have:

• A recognised social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, BSC Social Work)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience working with families during pregnancy and the early stages of parenthood, including experience in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support and advocacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
• A deep understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
• A commitment to child-centered practice and promoting the well-being of children and families.
