Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage risk through comprehensive assessments and care plans for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
- Deliver interventions in line with legislative requirements and national standards.
- Work with individuals subject to court orders, providing support and guidance to encourage positive behaviour change.
- Prepare high-quality reports for courts, parole boards, and other relevant bodies.
- Collaborate with a range of agencies, including police, health services, and housing providers, to address the needs of service users holistically.
- Promote public protection and community safety through effective practice.
Qualifications and registrations:
- Qualified Social Worker
- SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
- LSCMI and SAO7 trained
