As a Social Worker in the Mental Health Team, you will:
Support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring access to the right care and services.
Conduct assessments, care planning, and risk management in line with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Care Act 2014.
Work alongside NHS professionals, social care teams, and external agencies.
Provide safeguarding interventions where needed.
Empower individuals through advocacy and person-centered support.

What You Need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Registration with Social Care England.
Experience in mental health social work, crisis intervention, and safeguarding.
Strong assessment and risk management skills.
Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
