As a Social Worker in the Safeguarding Adults Team, you will:
Manage complex safeguarding cases, conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing protection plans.
Work closely with multi-agency teams, including health professionals, housing services, and law enforcement.
Ensure legal compliance with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding procedures.
Advocate for vulnerable adults, promoting independence and well-being.
Investigate concerns and make informed decisions to protect those at risk.
Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals, families, and professionals.
What You Need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Registration with Social Care England.
Experience in adult safeguarding, mental capacity assessments, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of The Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
Ability to work flexibly, handle complex cases, and make sound professional judgments.
