Responsibilities:
- Social Worker to work in Support and Intervention Team
- Covering longer term social work intervention with families.
- Often workers hold children who are on orders through the Children's Hearing, either to live at home or in foster or kin care. We progress plans to rehabilitate the child home safely, or if this isn't possible, permanence plans either within the child's wider family or with foster carers or adopters.
Qualifications and registrations:
- Qualified Social Worker
- SSSC registered
