We are seeking a motivated professional with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children in need. This position offers a minimum 3-month contract with a competitive hourly rate, ideal for those looking to make a difference in a dynamic setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Offering support and guidance to children, families, and carers.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver well-rounded interventions.
- Maintaining thorough, accurate, and up-to-date case records.
Requirements:
- Current membership in the PVG scheme
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Experience working with children and families in a safeguarding context
