Your Role:
As a Social Worker within the Children in Our Care team, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with children and young people to support their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people you support.
- Maintain clear, accurate records, ensuring that all statutory duties are met in line with current legislation and best practice.
- Participate in reflective practice sessions and use supervision to continually develop your skills and confidence.
- Be part of a team that encourages innovation, reflective learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated social workers who:
- Are registered with Social Work England.
- Have experience working with children in care or a similar field.

- Are able to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
