I'm currently partnered with a Health Tech company based in Bath that are looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant to join the team and work in the tech for good space, building products that improve health and social care.
They improve people's lives by providing a secure cloud platform and services for health and social care organisations allowing them to collaborate and coordinate care more effectively. Their technology connects with existing NHS computer systems and clinical records whilst enabling new care services creating improvements in health & social care. Over the next year they also have some interesting AI services that they have been contracted to deliver so it's a very exciting time to join the team.
They're looking for someone who's got experience in a similar role, someone who can work with customers on: business requirements, process analysis and business change skills in their projects team. This includes documenting requirements, coming up with new process business design and analysis.
If you have experience within a Healthcare Background, Community Services or Primary Care then this would be highly beneficial, although not required.
The same goes for technical background, as they're a tech business having some technical knowledge and understanding would be beneficial but again, not required.
This is a Hybrid role working 3 days a week from their office in Bath (5 Minute walk from the train station). This role will also require some travel to visit clients across the UK, mostly London from time to time so you must be happy to travel.
Salary is between £45,000 - £50,000. (There may be some flexibility for relevant candidates)
