Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, communicative Accounts Receivable Assistant to temporarily support our AR team. You'll play a key role in managing and communicating collection activities, working cross-functionally across the business to provide essential support in our Accounts Receivable function.
This role requires a proactive approach and excellent customer service skills, with a preference for candidates who have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Spanish language skills are highly beneficial, as the role involves working with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Manage high volumes of interactions with both internal teams and external customers through telephone and email, using standardized customer collection processes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports to track the progress and status of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and other departments to address AR-related issues and foster open and productive partnerships.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, collaborating with various Business Units to provide effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in improvement projects related to AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic, multi-skilled team to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar administrative role.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Spanish language skills are preferred to better support Spanish-speaking clients.
