Senior Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Dorset
Salary: £25,015.20 - £27,302.30 (FTE £29,120.00 - £31,782.40)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer tailored support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal milestones.
- Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons with teaching staff.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare, adhering to all relevant school policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
- Experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours and create an inclusive learning environment.
