They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis during term time.

What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting students with SEN.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a SEN setting.
- Passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students who may have additional needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in supporting students with SEN (desirable but not essential).
