We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to provide bespoke support and interventions for pupils aged 5-19 with ASC/SEMH needs, including those requiring additional help with their speech, language, and communication skills.
Your Role
- Collaborate with staff to deliver tailored assessment and intervention plans.
- Manage a small caseload of pupils, providing specialist support to meet their individual needs.
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice with guidance from an experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo.
- Help foster a communication-friendly environment, ensuring pupils feel valued, respected, and heard.
What We're Looking For
- A registered member of RCSLT and HCPC.
- A professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- A nurturing, proactive approach with excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
