providing essential care and support to a service user with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and a history of absconding. We require individuals who can provide a structured, safe, and supportive environment while delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Providing specialist support to a service user with complex care needs
🔹 Implementing behavioural strategies to manage challenging behaviour and absconding risks
🔹 Supporting daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence
🔹 Administering and managing medication safely
🔹 Ensuring a safe and structured environment for the service user
🔹 Working collaboratively with families, health care professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in complex care, autism, and challenging behaviour
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in medication administration
Ability to manage challenging behaviours and absconding risks effectively
A valid driver's license - driving is essential for this role
Availability for long days, early shifts, and late shifts
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to care
Competitive Pay Rates:
£20/hr (Umbrella) - Days
£22/hr (Umbrella) - Nights
