This inviting and inclusive specialist school local to you is looking for a specialist teaching assistant to support learners aged 7-16 years with complex needs. This is a higher primary and secondary school purposefully built for children with SEN needs; it proudly offers support, guidance and a place to flourish for all learners. This setting currently supports 90 learners in a modern, inviting and well resourced site. This is a therapeutic school that is centred about offering the best in education and support. This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Relevant SEN experience
- Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and/or young adults
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
- Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
