We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to work with early years and primary-aged children who have speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), and additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out assessments and early intervention strategies to support speech and language development.
- Work with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom learning.
- Develop interactive and play-based communication sessions for young learners.
- Provide advice and coaching for parents and school staff.
- Monitor and track progress, adapting therapy as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
- Experience with early years and primary-aged children.
- A strong understanding of language acquisition and developmental delays.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary school team.
