Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist speech and language therapy to adults with complex needs and dysphagia.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored communication and dysphagia management plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving communication, eating, and swallowing difficulties.
- Monitor progress, review treatment plans, and provide guidance on the use of communication aids.
- Provide specialist advice, supervision, and clinical support to more junior therapists and care staff.
- Ensure all interventions follow clinical governance and best practice guidelines.

Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registered with HCPC.
- Experience working with adults with complex needs and dysphagia.
- Clinical expertise in multiple and complex needs, including experience with Dysphagia and Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
