Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech and Language Therapists in delivering therapy sessions to students.
• Support children with communication needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individualised learning plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help create engaging resources and activities to enhance communication development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and reports.

Requirements:

• Qualified and registered Speech & Language Therapist Assistant.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get a new one.
• Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with additional needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
