Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality sports coaching sessions across a range of sports, tailored to different age groups and abilities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive approach to sports, encouraging participation and fostering a love for physical activity among students.
- Organise and coordinate sports events, fixtures, and tournaments both within the school and with other schools or external organisations.
- Support the development of sports skills, techniques, and strategies, providing constructive feedback and guidance to students.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate sports coaching into the broader curriculum and school activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and achievements.
- Uphold and promote the school's values and ethos through exemplary conduct and sportsmanship.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
