Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Maintenance Electrician to join their team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on site.
Location: Liverpool (static)
Salary: Competitive (up to £40,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: shifts, permanent, Monday-Friday

An average day will include the following:
- To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment
- Working in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy
- To undertake regular planned visits and complete PPM tasks and minor repairs requested
- To undertake a variety of legal compliance electrical testing including emergency lighting, fire alarm and in-house servicing of equipment
- To undertake a variety of electrical repairs arising from periodic inspection and testing
An ideal candidate will have:
- Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualifications in an electrical field
- A City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
- 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
- Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
