Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage students during study periods and independent learning sessions.
- Support students with their coursework, homework, and exam preparation.

- Assist in the planning and delivery of study skills workshops.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
- Provide feedback and reports to senior staff as required.
Requirements:
