What We Need:

• Proven Experience: Multiple years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably on highway or road construction projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of groundworks techniques, resurfacing methods, and relevant health and safety standards.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges on site.
