• Support the Site Agent in overseeing all aspects of the marine works on the project, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage and supervise a team of site staff, including engineers, technicians, and operatives.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the marine works.

• Implement and maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, particularly those related to marine environments.
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to the marine works, proposing solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and safety records.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong focus on marine works.

* A thorough understanding of construction methods and processes related to marine environments.
* Experience working on complex infrastructure projects involving marine works.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience working with Balfour Beatty or other leading construction companies.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards for marine construction.
* Experience with project management software.
