Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and supervising foster carers to ensure the best outcomes for children in care.
• Conducting regular home visits, assessments, and reviews to monitor progress and compliance.
• Providing training and guidance to foster carers to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children placed in care.
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Participating in recruitment and assessment processes for prospective foster carers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in fostering, child protection, or a related social work role.
• Strong understanding of fostering regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
