g to a visiting Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will have experience of managing similar commercial fit out / refurbishment packages from soft strip demolition through to handover. Ideally the Site Supervisor will also have some previous experience of working on hotel projects and will come from a trades background.
Role/duties:
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
