We're looking for candidates who:

• Hold a recognised TA qualification (minimum Level 2)
• Have recent experience in a classroom or childcare environment
• Are confident supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to obtain one)
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality

In this role, you will:

• Support learning through structured activities and tailored interventions
• Assist with classroom management and promote good behaviour
• Work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to meet pupil needs
• Help prepare and organise learning materials and displays
• Provide pastoral support and encouragement to all learners
