Are you an adaptable and dedicated teacher with QTS, looking for a flexible teaching role? Can you make the classroom a better place to learn and grow? Randstad Education is currently seeking a committed Supply Teacher for day-to-day assignments in Stevenage.
We are looking for a passionate supply teacher who can foster a positive learning environment while maintaining high standards of education. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and encourage students to engage and thrive.
Responsibilities Include:
- Arriving punctually and being reliable for day-to-day bookings
- Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' learning
- Following lesson plans and ensuring students complete tasks
- Taking registers and covering form periods
- Maintaining a calm and productive classroom atmosphere
- Addressing any issues in a professional manner
To be considered, you will need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A calm and adaptable personality, with a commitment to student development
- Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs (desirable)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
