What You'll Bring:
... - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
- Proven experience in the classroom (including placements for ECTs)
- A confident, flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons tailored to a range of learners
- Adapting to new classrooms and school cultures with professionalism and ease
- Managing behaviour effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment
- Contributing to planning, marking and assessment where required
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders
- Supporting the broader aims and values of the school
