Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects as required, following pre-set plans or creating your own engaging activities when needed.
- Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Manage student behavior effectively, ensuring a focused and inclusive learning space for all students.
- Work closely with other school staff, including teaching assistants, to provide comprehensive support for students.
- Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and productive experience for students and staff alike.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous classroom teaching experience, ideally across different key stages.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to various classroom dynamics.
- A flexible and positive approach, with a genuine passion for teaching and supporting student development.
