We are looking for:

• Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching & Learning
• Classroom or childcare experience in a primary setting
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Strong communication, empathy, and resilience
• A commitment to upholding safeguarding standards at all times

You will be responsible for:

• Providing academic and emotional support to pupils during lessons
• Offering one-to-one and small group interventions
• Helping teachers deliver a rich and engaging curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour and a respectful classroom culture
• Supporting children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs as required
