Key Responsibilities:
🎓 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
👩‍🏫 Provide one-on-one and small group support to students needing extra help
🏫 Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
đź“š Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
🧩 Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
đź“– Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
🎉 Participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed
Requirements:
🔹 Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
🔹 Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to working with students
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (beneficial but not essential)
🔹 Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
