Requirements
- A passion for working with children
- Experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Ability to adapt and support different learning needs
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
- Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Support children with their learning and development
- Help manage classroom behaviour positively
- Encourage a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Prepare resources and assist with classroom activities
