Our client operates in residential settings across North Wales, including Holywell, delivering tailored support to empower individuals to achieve their potential in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialist Care: Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and associated needs.
- Daily Living Support: Assist with day-to-day activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and promoting independence.
- Engagement: Encourage participation in activities and routines to build structure, social skills, and confidence.
- Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, including proactive risk management.
- Communication: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to implement individual care plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records in line with regulations and care standards.

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs in residential settings.
- Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments, and de-escalation techniques.
- License: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
- Clearances: Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
