Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs in residential settings.
• Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments, and de-escalation techniques.
• License: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
• Clearances: Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
