We are seeking Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Kendal, providing essential care and support to individuals on their path to recovery.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Possess a genuine passion for supporting children and adults with mental health needs, autism, Learning and disabilities, complex needs.
- Have at least 6 months of experience working in a UK mental health setting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Are committed to providing person-centered care and building positive relationships.
- Have a valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Are eligible to work in the UK.
