- Overtime: Available at a 12% enhanced rate

About the Role
We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to make a difference in our client's high-quality care home in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. This role involves providing crucial end-of-life care, supporting service users with high dependency needs, and delivering dignified, respectful personal care to those who are fully incapacitated. Key Responsibilities
- Personalised Care: Offer thoughtful and sensitive care, including assistance with feeding, bathing, and mobility support to ensure each resident's comfort.
- High Dependency Support: Work closely with the team to meet the needs of individuals requiring high dependency care.
- Engagement: Foster a calm, comforting environment while respecting each resident's dignity and preferences.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with health care professionals, family members, and the care team to meet each individual's unique needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
About You
- Empathetic and Patient: Naturally caring with a genuine commitment to supporting people at the end of life.
- Experience & Skills: Experience in personal care and high-dependency support; ideally Level 3 qualified but not required.
- Requirements: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) and a UK driving licence are preferred.
- Flexible Schedule: Available to work shifts totalling 34 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
