As a well-established provider in the region, we work closely with leading care homes and residential services to provide tailored support to children and young people facing complex challenges.
We are looking for compassionate, resilient drivers who can commit to high standards of care in residential environments. If you have experience working with children or young people in settings involving mental health challenges, learning disabilities, CSE risk, substance misuse, or behavioural difficulties, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured and consistent care within children's residential services
- Support young people facing emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges
- Create a safe, nurturing environment while managing risk and safeguarding concerns
- Promote independence, daily living skills, and access to education and community activities
- Work closely with social workers, therapists, and other professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Keep detailed, professional records in line with compliance standards

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a children's residential or youth support setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Social Care Wales registration (or willingness to register)
- Level 3 Health & Social Care is desirable, not essential
