Pay Rates : £14.00 - £19.00
We are currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children and young adults with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with special needs and be committed to providing high-quality care and support. It would also be great and beneficial if you had a driver's license but it is not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to children and young adults with challenging behaviour.
- Assisting clients with daily activities and routines.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising team.
- Monitoring and documenting progress and behaviour's patterns.
- Collaborating with the team to create individualised care plans and goals for each client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience working with children and young adults in the UK.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
