Responsibilities of the Successful Adult Support Worker:
Collaborating effectively within a team
Upholding and promoting the rights of service users, aiding informed decision-making
Maintaining a professional demeanor in line with National Care Standards and establishing appropriate boundaries
The Requirements
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Female only
- minimum 1-2 year experience
- Preferably within a care home or care at home setting
- Weekend work - the settings will be Friday - Sunday so dont need full time staff as long as they are happy to do some days on the weekend on a consistent basis
