To be successful, you'll need:
- A recognised technical qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, Planning, or a similar field.
- Significant experience working in the construction industry.
- Ideally, previous experience working in social housing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- A valid UK driving license and your own vehicle.
