Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and provide support to individual students or small groups.
- Help children with special educational needs (SEN) access the curriculum and provide tailored support where required.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of teaching materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers as necessary.
- Support lunchtime and break time supervision and other general duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Previous experience in a primary school or working with young children (preferred but not essential).
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to support children in their learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
