About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead recruitment efforts, foster strong relationships with managers, and ensure a seamless hiring process in a growing and ambitious business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring job vacancies are accurately posted and managed within the recruitment system with all necessary documentation.
- Create and publish engaging, error-free job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen and vet candidates to ensure suitability for progression in the hiring process.
- Collaborate with technical assessors to verify certifications and qualifications.
- Oversee all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, documentation, and timely feedback collection from managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communication, talent pool maintenance, and role closure.
- Keep recruitment systems and trackers updated, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, monitor their performance, and negotiate contracts when necessary.
- Partner with hiring managers to market roles effectively via LinkedIn and other career platforms.
- Represent the organisation professionally during candidate interactions, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with managers at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems.
