Key Experience:
- CTA qualification required.
- Additional qualifications such as STEP, ACA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred, though not essential.
- Relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical expertise with a commitment to ongoing development in tax knowledge.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven skills in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role offers a diverse range of tasks, providing the chance to collaborate directly with Partners across the firm.
- Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and completing tax compliance assignments, ensuring that engagements are completed within agreed service levels and on time.
- Handling tax advisory projects and preparing high-quality tax reports.
- Involvement in succession planning.
- Contributing to the growth and management of the Tax practice.
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Providing training and support for the development of team members.
