About The Role
The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join the team part-time starting 22nd April 2025. Position Description
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
Location: Bradford
Contract: Part-time (Monday - Thursday) 4 days a week.
What do we need?
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons following the national curriculum
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback
- Teach a variety of texts, including classic literature, modern fiction, and non-fiction
- Develop student's literacy skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Prepare students for GCSE English Language and Literature exams
- Promote a love of reading through engaging class discussions and activities
- Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and equality
- Support the wider school community through participation in events and initiatives
- Inspire students to develop confidence in their written and spoken English skills
