Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that inspire students
• Teach KS3 & KS4 English, with potential for A-Level teaching
• Foster a love for reading, writing, and analysis
• Differentiate lessons to support students of varying abilities
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage all learners
• Implement and uphold school policies on behaviour and expectations
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
