You should be very good at evaluating students' work, giving them specific feedback, and applying this knowledge to improve lesson plans in the future. It is crucial that students have a solid grasp of the subject's importance in preparing them for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective math lessons to secondary school students.
- Plan and prepare lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Contribute to the school's vibrant and supportive community.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.
Key Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Should be able to provide 2 professional references.
- Experience teaching mathematics in the UK (desirable).
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply one.
- Strong knowledge of the math curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student development and educational excellence.
